Police Officer Commands:
/pu (id) = Ask a player to pull over or freeze and disarm (In a car / on foot)
/rp (id) (reason) = Give a player a wanted level
/cuff (id) = Put handcuffs on a player
/search (id) = Search a player for drugs or other illegal items
/uncuff (id) = Remove a players handcuffs
/jail = Shows a list of players that are in jail (non alcatraz)
/fine (id) = Issue a fine to a player who has wanted level 1 - 3 (Yellow)
/taze (id) = Taze a player with a warrant (Orange/Red) Tazer
/ar (id) = Arrest a player who has a warrant (Orange/Red)
/parole (id) = Parole a prisoner from jail early (City Jail only)
