New Civilian Skills

There should be a new skill like kidnaping. Like crazybob's server. You take them in the car then bring them to the pirate ship into the marker. And the only way for him to escape is if i let his or he pays me.

you know up behind lv where those hills are going into the sea?
you should make this big bridge going into the see and put a massive race track in the water (not "in" the water)
and you should make ppl pay 5000 to the owner of it to get in!!
