Rules:
You can kill red players. But you can't kill whites/yellows/orange/green/blue/purple
If a red player says he surrenders or puts his handsup you should not kill him, you should get out of your helicopter and arrest.
If at any time you kill a white he can report you for dm (death matching) and an admin may take action on you. (if supplied with evidence)
If you kill a white/yellow/orange or any one that is not red admin can:
1. Ban you
2. Jail you for a long time
So be careful where you shoot.
They are the rules now and you can enter the army.
