If you want to talk about something relevant to the server then use "Discuss or server".
Make a new topic ONLY if there is no current topic about that subject.
If you want to talk about stuff non server related use "General Chat" dont make a spam topic like"I love you Mr_Sheep_Shagger"
And when you want to create a new topic give it a appropriate name like for a topic about anus fun name it "Anus fun can feel good" not "I LIKE EGGS!"
